Return Policy

The User may return to PRIME LINENS, without any cost, any product that has manufacturing defects. Taking into account the origin of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month, from the date in which he is not satisfied with the products, to inform PRIME LINENS about his dissatisfaction with them. In case that this period is exceeded, the User is liable for any damage and / or damage.

The return of products that have manufacturing defects will not have any additional cost for the User.

To formalize the return, the User must contact PRIME LINENS within the granted period of one month, through the following form https://www.primelinensusa.com identifying the product or products object of the return , attaching a photograph and a detailed report of the defects found in them.

Once PRIME LINENS receives the User’s documentation, it will inform you within 3 to 5 business days if it will proceed or not with the return of the product. In case it proceeds with the return, PRIME LINENS will indicate to the User the delivery or shipping form of the defective product to its offices / warehouses.

Each product that is returned must be unused, have all its labels, packaging and, if applicable, documentation, original parts and accessories that come with it. In case the User does not proceed in this way, PRIME LINENS reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the product has been received and the defects evaluated, PRIME LINENS will give the User the possibility of exchanging the product for another with the same characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for PRIME LINENS.

In the event that for reasons of lack of inventory it is not possible to proceed with the shipment of another product with the same characteristics, the User may choose between rescinding the contract (e.g., the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that he chooses voluntarily.

The delivery of the product with the same characteristics or the new model chosen by the User, as appropriate, will be made within a period of 3 to 5 business days, from the date on which PRIME LINENS confirms with the User the change of the defective product. or the shipment of the new model.
The change, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract, will not imply additional costs for the User.

If the User rescinds the contract, PRIME LINENS will reimburse the total value of the amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).

PRIME LINENS informs the Users that the term of the return of the amounts paid will depend on the method of payment used by the User at the moment of purchasing the product:

  • If the User made the payment by credit / debit card, PRIME LINENS will reimburse the amount paid within a period of 14 working days, from the moment in which the User has decided to terminate the contract.
  • If the User made the payment through PayPal, PRIME LINENS will refund the amount paid within a period of 24 to 48 business hours, from the moment in which the User has decided to terminate the contract.
